Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp to RTA Holidays. Cancellation charges vary depending on suppliers, destination, and time of cancellation.
Information We Collect
- ✓30 days or more before departure: Airline & supplier charges applicable
- ✓15–29 days before departure: 50% of tour cost may be charged
- ✓Less than 15 days before departure: 75%–100% of tour cost may be charged
- ✓No-show: 100% cancellation charges apply
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting cancellation charges.
Cancellation policies may differ for special offers, peak season, or group tours.
